New Mom Wellness Program

I got a flyer from my OB about the New Mom Wellness Program at LifestyleRx in Livermore. This is a FREE one-month membership and it includes:

Classes on nutrition, relaxation and stress management, self management tools, and exercise demonstrations.

Support with coping skills specific to being a new mom.

Individualized care including 2 physical evaluations with a personal trainer to get you started on an individualized workout routine and a 50-minute therapeutic massage.

The one-month membership includes up to two hours of childcare per day for infants 2 months old - children 13 years old, access to 130 group exercise classes a week, lap and family pools, a basketball gymnasium, and much more!

I know some our our moms could use something like this; pass it on to anyone you know who might be interested because when I called it sounded like they are really trying to spread the word and generate more interest.

I really hope this program is still offered when I need it in the Fall, because I will definitely be going!
