Join a Play Group and meet other moms with children the same age! You must be a current enrolled member of the AMC to participate in any kids and moms events. If you are interested in joining the Amador Mothers Club click here.

We still have playgroups that really need moms. If you are interested in these, or need your group highlighted here, please contact the Playgroup Coordinators.

There are lots of possibilities for playgroup activities in the cold and wet weather. It's always best to discuss the type of activities you want to do in advance. For example, do members feel comfortable spending money to do activities, or do you want to do things that will not incur a fee?

• Stroller walks at parks, down Main Street, etc.
• Visit each other's homes. You could practice infant massage, share parenting books, talk about different parenting issues, etc.
• Take babies on a hike with backpacks
• Window shopping at the mall.
• Have lunch together, with babies in strollers, while you still can!
